What are the payment options?
You can buy your ticket online with credit cards, debit cards and up to 6 months without interest. You can set aside your camping ticket with $1,000 pesos or your hotel ticket with $1,500 pesos, making a bank transfer, deposit or an online payment. We will respect the price of the phase in which you make your payment. It will have to be paid a maximum of one week before the festival starts. If you are interested in putting it aside, you can get the information by WhatsApp.
How many hotels are at the festival?
There are 4 hotels at the festival.
How is accommodation made at the hotel?
The price paid is per person. The rooms are shared and are for 2 to 8 people. To be in the same room with your friends, you will have to send us your request by mail to [email protected]. We have private rooms for 2 people for an extra cost of $800 pesos per room at Hotel Mayto or $500 pesos per room at the other hotels. The room of 2 cannot be for only one person. If we do not receive an email from you, you will be in a room with other people who buy the Festival ticket with hotel. The accommodation is 2 people in each double bed.
How many people fit in the tent?
We have tents for 2,3 and 4 people. The groups are made in the bus. If you want to be with your friends in the tent, make sure you are in the same bus.
Do you only accept adults to the festival?
Yes, we will check your INE at check-in.
Are there ATM at the festival?
No, but you can pay by card at the hotel, although we recommend carrying cash.
What is a Cashless Festival?
When you arrive at Playa Mayto we will give you the official access bracelet with the cashless chip. You can recharge your cashless bracelet with the amount you want, either cash or card to be able to buy your drinks and food throughout the Festival.
What is an eco-friendly Festival?
At Playa Mayto we seek to care for the environment and protect the beautiful beach. That is why the bars will not have disposable glasses but commemorative glasses of the festival. When you arrive at Mayto beach you can buy your commemorative glass.
